Global & Regional Exposure
Tennyson has been the strategic business partner and organizational development champion for listed multi-national corporations (MNCs) in the U.S. for different commercial sectors since 1998. She has been the Asia Regional Director and Global HR Head and People Development Leader for both privately owned companies & global logistics company listed in the New York Stock Exchange. Her hands-on HR expertise is in apparel, merchandising, global logistics, global sourcing, global supply chain, global oil marine, and international maritime industry.
Tennyson has developed talents in different countries, namely, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Thailand, India, Bangladesh, Bangalore, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Cambodia, Singapore, The Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, Portugal, Germany, New York and Seattle, etc.
Simultaneously, she spearheaded the Global Transformation Project to facilitate the global & regional HR & organizational development teams in both organizational restructuring and organizational development.
