- Introduction of Balanced Scorecards
- Application of Balanced Scorecards to organization’s Strategic Roadmap
- Identification of organization’s Balanced Scorecards
- Methodology on translation of corporate, office, departmental goals to individual goals
- Action plan on individual MBOs
